Creating a textile future
DITF Denkendorf is a globally unique location for innovations in the textile industry: from the molecule to the finished product and its market launch, DITF conducts research and development across the entire textile value chain in the fields of textile chemistry and man-made fibers, textile technology and process engineering as well as management. In addition to process and material development, business processes and business models are being explored and implemented. The research center, founded in 1921, employs around 300 people on 25,000 m². The DITF is associated with the University of Stuttgart and the Reutlingen University with three chairs and two professorships.
